Isobel runs all of Lab’s research and behavioural science projects, working closely with the Design team to implement behavioural best practice into their new products. With 7 years experience in digital and research, Isobel began work life at Edelman, using AI and psychometric profiling to enhance communications. During COVID she undertook an MSc in Behaviour Change at UCL and became the Behavioural Scientist for an environmental research hub. She has delivered research and behavioural projects for a range of B2B and B2C clients.
