The challenge
Ngoar were engaged by Financial Advisers 4U and given a wide-ranging, ambitious, and challenging brief. They were tasked to research, create, develop, and build a totally new digital insurance business and brand. The purpose of the new brand and business was to establish a unique and appealing online presence that would generate a new revenue pipeline and grow a new, robust customer base.
The strategy
Ngoar offered a total end-to-end service, managing every aspect of the development of the enterprise from market research, brand name creation, corporate identity, brand design, and messaging through to technology, platform, software engineering, UI/UK, website design, and build.
Market research conducted by Ngoar and Financial Advisers 4U identified Life Insurance as the key financial product sector to target.
Further research, working in close collaboration with the senior leadership team at Financial Advisers 4U of Andrew and Michael Philpot, identified young parents and families as the potential market and audience to address.
The digital presence was to be focused on a totally new website with a user-friendly, lead generation form builder. Simplicity, clarity, and optimal user experience were to be paramount.
The results
Ngoar created, developed, and built a new online life insurance product brand and business named Tutumo.
Tutumo offers life insurance for parents the simple, easy way through a user-friendly, appealing website that sets out to make the world of life insurance more accessible and understandable.
The site features a quick “Get a Free Quote” lead generation response form, and useful clear information explaining the importance of life insurance for parents and families today.
There are also real-life stories of parents who’ve been helped to obtain the right life insurance for them, facts about life insurance, and a “Your questions answered” section because life insurance does not have to be complicated.
Tutumo gives parents the opportunity to obtain professional, sound, quality financial advice, quickly and easily to help them choose the life insurance policy that’s right for their needs.
Life Insurance is provided from a comprehensive range of insurers including Zurich, Legal & General, Vitality, Aviva, The Exeter, Guardian, Liverpool Victoria, MetLife & Paymentshield.
