Email Marketing & CRM: Spotlight Webinar Roundup 23 June 2020

Looking back, the early days of lockdown were pretty easy. After a couple of weeks, most people had set up their home office and were getting used to working in a new environment. Now we’ve got a lot more to think about – remembering to wear a mask on public transport, the two- (or is it one?) metre rule, and so on. Our audiences need us to be aware of their more limited cognitive load at the moment, and need their emails to be tailored to their needs, and to make their lives easier.

On Tuesday (23 June), we held an email marketing and CRM webinar, where our speakers discussed how to make this possible. Read on for a summary of the presentations.

Sheri Allen, CRM Project Manager at Holland & Barrett discusses how we might switch up our email marketing during this strange time, and how we can communicate best with our customers, openly and honestly.
