Josh is Head of Brand and Marketing at Bells of Lazonby, a family-owned bakery on the edge of the Lake District. Josh leads the development of the disruptive Free From brand ‘We Love Cake’. From having no major retailer listings 3 years ago, ‘We Love Cake’ is now the second largest Free From Sweet Bakery brand in the UK and worth over £10M in-market. Utilising disruptive marketing strategies, Josh specialises in making challenger brands grow fast. Josh started his career at Kellogg’s, working his way from customer services to the marketing department, developing marketing plans for some of the UK’s largest food brands.
