In this session our team of web build, CMS and UX experts will discuss designing effective experiences for different devices and platforms. Find out how to ensure content strategy, technology and performance are aligned to create the most effective experience possible.

We expect you to arrive at The Hospital Club for 2pm and ensure that you can attend for the full duration of the seminar (until 5.30pm).

Networking will take place at registration and during the break. You are also invited to join us after the presentations for networking and drinks.

Creating Market-leading UX On Your CMS Platform

James will share his thoughts on running a successful UX 'discovery phase' in order to create market-leading user experiences for your marketing/ecommerce platforms that can be developed in an iterative and agile way. Questions such as 'What do you need to consider with regards to integrating your UX processes into a wider CEM strategy?' and 'How and when (and when not!) should you layer on personalisation and marketing automation?' will be answered.


De-risking CMS Migration

Rob will give some practical tips and application methods to completely eradicate the risk of a big platform or development change. He will showcase examples of using lean principles to help you create a roadmap for CMS migration which can also be applied to other large scale digital projects.

The Digital Transformation of Great Western Railway

To digitally transform Great Western Railway (GWR), ORM worked in partnership with the business to develop a strategic approach and three-year roadmap. Several initiatives within that three-year plan have now been deployed, including Passenger Information During Disruption (PIDD), GWR.com and the redesign and build of the booking engine - the rest of the booking flow to follow in 2016. This transformational work won GWR Best Business Transformation 2015 at the UK Digital Experience Awards.
