Sabrina has over 25 years of experience in user research. She is an Accredited UX Professional with an MSc in Psychology (Engineering Psychology, Cognitive Ergonomics & Computer Science). Sabrina co-founded one of the first UX agencies in Germany and served as managing director and partner for over 12 years. Since 2015, she has been living in the UK and has had various UX leadership roles, recently as Principal UX Researcher. She is currently working as a freelancer, under her brand SMILING.
