Norman is one of the founders of GRM Digital and has a unique breadth of knowledge of the CMS industry. Prior to GRM Digital, Norman spent 9 years with US CMS vendor Ektron, opening their first office outside the US and helping them become an international company by breaking into the European marketplace. Norman has experience in both sides of the client/vendor relationship and is therefore uniquely placed to comment on what goes on in the industry and how the industry is likely to develop.
