With over 18 years of expertise in digital marketing, Natasha Phillips stands out as a seasoned professional renowned for her proficiency across client and agency settings. At her latest role as Global Head of Affiliates and Partnerships at The Body Shop, she spearheaded growth in the affiliate channel and pioneered a highly successful global affiliate influencer program. Natasha started her career in affiliate marketing, working at Rakuten Linkshare, before moving brand side to lastminute.com where she was Global Head of Affiliates and Partnerships.  After that, she broadened her remit across digital, working across all the digital channels at Virgin Trains/Avanti West Coast and Dixons Carphone and then became Head of Digital Marketing at Monsoon, where she orchestrated comprehensive strategies across digital platforms. Natasha excels in SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, paid social/programmatic, influencer marketing and data analysis, having led projects in digital transformation and creating and building inhouse specialist digital teams.
