Joshna joined Red Letter Days in 2007 and immediately made an impact by bringing a string of digital successes to the Dragon-owned gift experience company. By 2011, her growth and development of Red Letter Days’ small affiliate programme had resulted in an industry-wide recognition for its ongoing excellence. She’d significantly increased the company’s high-street presence, as well as winning several digital awards, all of which resulted in her promotion as Head of Online. More accolades have followed, most recently in 2015 with The Drum Search Awards Best B2C Campaign – PPC.
