James  has been working in the Digital industry since 1995 in a variety of roles including CTO, Sales and FD. With establishing Pancentric in 2003, he wanted to bring his clients into the digital world through a better understanding of the values of the new economic model. As an evangelist of the design thinking process, James strives to apply this to client’s commercial projects to add a new dimension to what they offer and how they work. Apart from his role at Pancentric, he is also involved with the Design Business Association which promotes Design in all of its aspects to the business community and currently sit on the DBA Board. James is also a Mentor on the DBA’s 20/20 Mentoring program.
