Working closely with Profusion’s team of data scientists, user researchers and business analysts to develop exceptional customer experiences that ultimately drive sales and revenue. Emma is committed to the upskilling and development of future talent both client-side and internally, designing and delivering a series of workshops, covering; best practice, journey mapping and CX strategies to guide and empower those teams.
