Victrex is a global leader in high performance polymers that are used extensively in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, energy and medical industries. From 15,000 aircraft to one billion smartphones, their polymers provide a lightweight and proven alternative to metal and offer new levels of cost savings, quality and performance.
To help the Victrex marketing team communicate such a diverse range of product benefits to multiple audiences, in multiple industries and languages, we implemented the Sitecore content management system and integrated it closely with Dynamics CRM.
The Results
The resulting platform gives the Victrex marketing teams the ability to run more complex campaigns and deliver a consistent message across all customer touch points. The sales teams also have an up-to-date view of each prospect interaction.
This has enabled Victrex to generate higher quality leads and to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
To date, the site has delivered:
