
Solution
As part of our work with DS Smith, we have undertaken three projects so far and continue to develop these in phases. These include a customer portal and two internal projects for reporting and quoting. All of these processes were originally offline and are part of innovation and digital transformation projects to allow the business to continue to scale.
Before undertaking each project/phase, we worked with the internal project team on a discovery phase so that we could understand what needed to be done and the best way to achieve their aims. Together, we decided that a phased approach was the best way forward to ensure that we could take the time to create the perfect solutions for them that could also scale with them as they grew internationally. Additionally, each of the three projects needed to be designed with an international audience in mind, taking into account multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities.
We continue to support and maintain all three platforms regularly, as the systems continue to be developed with new features and into new territories.
