For the last five years, Tess Mattisson’s  main focus has been to drive the digital transformation and business development with Nordic Choice Hotels, the Scandinavian master franchisee of Choice Hotels. Tess led implementation of the online focused, customer centric and insight driven marketing approach across the Nordic region and has now transferred to London to expand this approach across Europe. She has an impressive list of accolades and in 2012, Tess received the award for Best Communication Campaign by Worldwide Hospitality Awards, and in 2014 she received an honorable mention – Mobile Website of the year, from Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI).
