We’re delighted to have been awarded the one star accreditation by Best Companies.
The Best Companies accreditations are recognised as the standard in the workplace and have become a prestigious award for any business to achieve. The award partners with The Sunday Times to annually publish the lists of best companies to work for – companies can achieve up to three stars in their accreditation. Gathering anonymous employee feedback from an in-depth survey, results are analysed and carefully measured to give a final score. The feedback from Best Companies can importantly be used to further improve engagement and well-being in the workplace.
This year, we are proud to have been recognised by Best Companies with one star. This signifies that Kagool has ‘very good’ levels of workplace engagement. The accreditation tells our clients, stakeholders, and employees that we value and understand workplace engagement and the people that make Kagool an agency we’re proud to be a part of.
