Sara’s background consists of a combination in psychology, brand planning, technology and digital marketing. Her experience has taught her that understanding customers–how they think, buy, and interact with products and services is one of the most important insights that can guide business strategy. She works to make businesses even more successful, with the help of research, brand strategy, semiotics, customer journey mapping and prototyping to proactively progress brands. She believes that facilitating transformative outcomes both internally to brand teams and externally to customers is a critical tool to meet modern day expectations, new behaviours and create distinctiveness in a cluttered marketplace.
