Jill and her team are responsible for helping clients to plan, measure and optimise performance of their digital CRM activity. The team’s expertise comprises communication planning for customer development and retention, creative design and copywriting, and programme performance analysis. Their current client engagements include Shop Direct, Ikea, the Aurora Group and British Gas. Jill has been with Zeta Interactive (and formerly eBay Enterprise) for over 7 years, following roles in CRM planning, analysis and agency services with CACI, Digitas, OgilvyOne and Acxiom. Her experience spans retail, travel, cpg, telecoms and financial services.
