Event Details

The Hospital Club, Covent Garden

The Figaro Digital B2B Marketing Seminar is a morning session dedicated to the issues facing businesses of all sizes as they seek more effective integration of digital channels into their communication strategies.

We’ll be joined by a line-up of expert speakers who’ll explain how digital marketing can help B2B organisations meet their own needs and those of their clients. Under discussion will be the roles of video, search, social media, content, web design and more.

After a series of short presentations, each of our speakers will lead a 20-minute roundtable attended by up to 10 delegates.

Each of our B2B experts will deliver a 10-minute presentation, after which delegates will have the opportunity to put their questions to speakers during a series of 20-minute roundtable discussions.

Faced with a limited (or non-existent) direct relationship with users of their products, Winsor & Newton set about creating a class-leading website to drive loyalty, increase sales and gain customer insight. By putting the artist at the heart of their strategy, they’ve developed an arena where users can share and learn, giving the brand real online stickiness. James will discuss the innovations that helped Winsor & Newton establish itself as the product of choice for artists.

Building Brand Loyalty: How B2B Can Learn From B2C

Building brand loyalty via digital channels is well established in the B2C world. But many B2B companies have arguably not evolved as fast in this space, nor have they recognised that the B2B customer behaves similarly to a B2C customer and can be as loyal and responsive, once engaged. Mark will talk through a real life case study from dental manufacturer Dentsply, showing the ROI of digital engagement and subsequent brand loyalty.
