Ben is responsible for developing and implementing an audience centric approach to’s performance and brand focused digital marketing with his remit covering traditional performance channels such as PPC, Performance Social and Programmatic Display while also connecting the CRM channels and placing the audience at the heart of their digital acquisition and retention communications.

Fiona Wallin

Head of Marketing Communications

Fiona Wallin is Head of Marketing Communications at the UK’s largest curated online marketplace, A Midlander by birth, Fiona graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Fine Art whilst also cultivating a passion for digital and digital communications. From 2008 to 2010 Fiona worked at Sir Phillip Green’s Arcadia group in London, advising on web and data analysis before moving into digital marketing. Joining as Head of Acquisition in 2013, Fiona took on her current role in April 2015 and currently leads digital and above-the-line marketing strategy across’s UK and international business.

Ben Carter

Marketing Director

Ben is Marketing Director of, one of the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce businesses. He’s responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across all paid, owned and earned channels as the company embarks on its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining, Ben was Digital Director at Betfair. He co-wrote the UK’s first guide to Digital Marketing, part of the Dummies Series, and has run his own Digital Marketing Consultancy, Evolv Digital, since 2005. Ben is also a Non-Executive Director of the Lily Foundation, a charity that is dedicated to finding a cure to Mitochondrial Disease.
