Founded as a bootstrapped two-man company in 2013, we now employ more than 65 specialists and work with brands like Farfetch, Ocado, Zoom, and Nutmeg. Our work has been celebrated by awards including Showcase Startup at Retail Week’s Buzz conference, Best Tech Startup at Drapers Digital Festival, and a Bronze Stevie for Customer Service Team of the Year.

Tim Boughton

CTO & Co-Founder

Tim is CTO and co-founder of Mention Me, the refer-a-friend platform he created.  Prior to that he spent nine years at HomeAway Group as European CTO where he led four multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Europe and saw the company grow from 12 to 1,050 employees (the business subsequently IPO’d on the NASDAQ and later sold to Expedia).

As VP of Product & Marketing, Courtney’s role combines analysis of client insight into user experience of the platform; defining and understanding new tech and products to be developed; initiating and responding to client feedback and product refinement; leading on every stage of marketing innovation for the product and the business, and overseeing design and creative. Integral to Mention Me, Courtney sits on the Management team and is directly influential in shaping the business strategy as a whole, as well as being hands on with execution. Working with the CEO, Courtney has been developing the company vision and shaping the wider movement towards trust marketing.

Andy is the CEO of Mention Me, Europe’s leading referral and retention marketing platform which he co-founded in 2013.  He’s passionate about helping brands use the power of trust to enhance their marketing – a trend which is of vital importance now more than ever. Prior to Mention Me, Andy had extensive experience of leading eCommerce businesses including as UK Managing Director of HomeAway, and has great insight into the importance of customer advocacy for eCommerce and retail businesses.
