Thomas joined the business in 2013 following a personal investment in the BBLUNT salon group. He joined GCPL as General Manager for Bio-Oil in UK before taking on the Creative & Digital Director role. With a global remit to improve the creative output of the group’s on-pack and above-the-line communication he works across brands and categories. He is also responsible for setting and driving the group’s digital transformation agenda. Since he took on the role Godrej brands’ online activities have created a huge splash with award wins from across the globe. Understanding the need to cut through the communication clutter, Thomas loves to inject as much glamour and humour into his work as possible – allowing him to bring his two great passions (fashion and comedy) together. He is also funk music aficionado (and sometime DJ) with an extensive collection of 70’s vinyl.
Global Digital Manager
Tessa began her career in consumer and customer marketing at Diageo. Starting off with an 8 month stint in Cameroon, West Africa, launching Smirnoff Ice, she then returned to the UK to work across a number of roles including sales, innovation and global travel retail brand marketing. Tessa then moved to L’Oreal as a senior brand manager for La Roche-Posay developing a category first editorial platform for skin related content created by beauty editors, dermatologists and influencers. Her biggest coup was in securing Em Ford (@mypaleskin) for her first brand collaboration (post the +17m video ‘You Look Disgusting’); securing a year-long collaboration which included videos, social posts and blog posts as part of a holistic consumer journey. Recently Tessa joined Godrej Consumer Products Ltd as the Global Digital Manager sharing her time across their key markets India, Africa, Chile, Argentina, Indonesia and UK.
