The Challenge

Fenn Wright is a partnership of chartered surveyors, estate agents and property consultants that operates in a highly competitive market. One area in which they were lacking was their online presence. The brand partnered with Absolute Digital with the aim of increasing their overall organic search exposure to widen their audience demographic.

Further to this, Fenn Wright wanted to place a specific focus on their two main target counties, Essex & Suffolk. The increase search exposure was designed to work in tandem with a number of new branch openings across the two counties.

The Strategy

Absolute Digital Media conducted a full site audit to determine existing strengths and weaknesses. The found that they needed to grow the trust and value of the website through a targeted link building campaign and created localised content to target specific areas in Essex and Suffolk.

They also improved optimisation across the key pages, including ‘Homes for Sale’, ‘Homes for Let’, ‘Commercial’, ‘Development’, and ‘Rural’. In additional, they provided advice and guidance on site architecture and technical SEO.

The Results

The partnership was a huge success and saw a:

  • 195.74 per cent increase in 4-10 positions
  • 51.9 per cent increase in organic traffic
  • 671.43 per cent increase in top three positions
  • 977.64 per cent increase in organic search visibility.
