The portal helps Carlsberg UK’s customers increase sales, save on business costs and manage staff. It has contributed to an increase in market share of Carlsberg drinks, direct new business and boosted volume and profit. The success of the UK platform inspired a global uptake of the system with rollout into 27 countries now underway.
