Andrea Grimandi, Executive Marketing Director, Unilever UK & Ireland

Bringing a plethora of experience, tips and tricks to our Keynote Panel (alongside Graham MacFayden, The British Library; Anna Whitehouse, Mother Pukka; and Sanjeevan Bala, Channel 4), Andrea Grimandi will be sharing his insights from working with brands such as Pot Noodle, Marmite, Knorr, Colman’s and Bovril – including the Pot Noodle brand relaunch. Our panel will be discussing the age of customer-centricity, and exploring 2017 goals of customer acquisition. With so many new digital marketing platforms entering the scene, how can brands identify the best way to cut through the noise and reach potential customers? How is brand personality important in the digital world? We’ll be finding out!

 

Steve Kato-Spyrou, UX Architect & Researcher, John Lewis

Having designed components for John Lewis and Sky.com, Steve has created a consistent customer experience to drive production efficiencies. His passion is keeping customers at the centre of his work, whilst creating a structured way to brainstorm ideas. He’ll be giving a presentation at the conference discussing the nuts and bolts of user experience research, exploring the best way to plan, execute and report UX testing projects. Lisa De Bonis, Executive Digital Director, Havas

Lisa De Bonis joined digital creative start up Work Club as Strategy Partner in 2007. Over the following 8 years, she was instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and creative reputation by working closely with clients ranging from Nokia, PZ Cussons and Alfa Romeo to Kraft (Mondelez) and Sony Music. In 2014, Work Club became part of Havas London and since then Lisa has been focused on integrating digital thinking and culture across the agency in order to deliver modern, effective marketing ideas that drive client growth. Katy Ingram, Head of Marketing, Feather & Black

As head of marketing at Feather and Black, Katy is responsible for all aspects of the multi-channel customer journey – digital, direct and retail marketing.  This year the brand has relaunched the website and fabric swatch service, introduced range cards in store and invested significantly in display & re-targeting to drive more qualified leads. Katy is also co-chair on the Multi-Channel Council for the Direct Commerce, a not for profit organisation which supports multi-channel retailers. She’ll be speaking on our Brand Panel, bringing a wealth of experience to the discussion on customer-centricity in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
