Rachel is the founder and CEO of Koru Kids, a fast-growing tech startup helping parents in London share their nannies. Before starting Koru Kids, Rachel was CEO of www.DrThom.com, the world's largest online doctor service, which she grew to 1.3m patients in 3 countries. She has also been the Managing Director of a chain of IVF clinics, and worked at McKinsey for five years. She is originally from the deep south of New Zealand and came to England as a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, where she completed a doctorate in development. In 2014 she was elected one of the World Economic Forum's 'Young Global Leaders'.
