Ian is responsible for trainline's web experience, delivering smarter journeys for over 10 million visits each month. A former instructor in behavioural decision making at the London School of Economics, he believes in the potential of using data science and psychology to create uniquely intuitive user experiences. Ian holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Yale University and an MSc in Decision Science from the LSE.
