Dan is a recognised expert in the specialist field of multichannel conversion rate optimisation, and regularly speaks at events all over the world. Before founding AWA in 2009, Dan was CEO of several successful multichannel retailers. He serves on the Examination Committee of the Digital Analytics Association and in 2011 Dan’s contribution to web analytics and digital optimisation was recognised when he was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
