Your New Role?
Joining as a Digital Account Executive, you will be given a portfolio of clients to take ownership of and be responsible for the day to day account management of them, so you’ll need to be passionate about the sector, whilst being an organisational whizz to manage several accounts at the same time.
- You will also provide support to the Account Director with work on key accounts, to service our clients in the best possible way.
- You will be responsible for managing the relationship with your clients
- Proactively grow your accounts, researching creative solutions with support from the rest of the team.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring your clients design and development requirements are planned into the studio with our Studio Manager
With this being an Executive role, you will have the support of the whole team and opportunities to learn and grow your own skills every day.
Does This Sound Like You?
- A true problem solver, with creativity and imagination to challenge.
- You will have experience using Google Analytics and other data insight tools to highlight areas of missed opportunity to your clients.
- Take part in client update meetings with support from an Account Director or our Client Services Director where required.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, so that you can hit the ground running when joining the team.
- Proficient in the development of briefs and working with Designers & Studio team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Feel comfortable presenting your ideas with conviction, in a professional yet personable way.

We would like someone to join us who has the ambition and drive to progress into an Account Manager and beyond. All in all, you’ll be super organised, great at building and maintaining relationships with your clients, and have a genuine interest in all things digital.
