She has been published in The Guardian and in trade press and has created and facilitated workshops and creative training seminars for a diverse range of businesses, from infrastructure engineers to crisps.

Andy is the Creative Partner at Yes&Pepper, where ideas are built collaboratively with clients. With the belief ‘ideas are precious, so they’re not’ Yes&Pepper immerse clients, customers and partners in the creative process using a mix of creativity and technology. Their inclusive approach has been at the heart of various integrated campaigns, marketing propositions and new products for brands like Disneyland Paris, Hive, British Gas, Sky, Visa, AXA and UK Power Networks. Andy has written for The Guardian and trade press, created workshops to help companies like BBC Worldwide forge better relationships with agencies, spoken to students about the advertising industry, created a mentoring programme for a local school and picked up some awards along the way.
