Beth has always been artistic from a very young age, and always knew that she wanted a creative career. She studied graphic design at Swansea Metropolitan University and graduated in 2009 with a first class honours degree. Her first design job was working for a large company designing birthday cards and wrapping paper, but she knew that designing for digital media was where she wanted to focus her career.
Beth has worked as a web designer since 2010 and has managed to work on a wide variety of design projects for a mix of different clients; from traditional print design to mobile app and website design.
What Beth does at WebBox
Beth is the designer at WebBox, and her responsibilities include the design and visual development of website design ‘mock-ups’, UX and UI implementations, responsive design, traditional graphic design (such as business stationary design, flyers, posters and leaflets), as well as content management and social media management.
She works closely with the developers to ensure their builds match her designs, and even knows a little bit of coding herself!

Brought up in Cardiff, Will’s family moved to Penarth when he was 18 months old and he continues to live there now. Albeit he have now swapped his parents for his wife!
Will has always had an entrepreneurial mindset and believes that going over and above customer expectations is one of the keys to success in business. He started WebBox from a spare room and now the company has grown to employ six members of staff and has a client list including Airbus Group, DS Smith Plc, Cyrus-RW, Techniquest and Cardiff & Vale Health Board.
What Will does at WebBox
Will is the Managing Director at WebBox Digital and is the first point of contact within the company. His responsibilities vary widely; but his main focus are on managing client accounts, creating business proposals for new clients, orchestrating client meetings and managing the team as a whole.

Digital Marketing Manager
Olly was an extremely creative child who loved to draw, build, paint or create whenever he could. However, he was a child who forgot to decide what he wanted to be when he grew up! After college Olly embarked on a gap year where he worked for several varying companies and developed a keen interest in businesses and how they worked. His creative side, coupled with a new found interest in business led to Olly studying Marketing at the University of Liverpool. The decision to study at Liverpool was made purely on the merits of the course and had nothing to do with his love of Liverpool Football Club… honestly! Olly excelled in the marketing modules of his degree, especially those that involved any Digital work (due to Olly’s love of technology and gadgets), and graduated in 2012 determined to embark on a career in Digital Marketing. Olly is now into his fourth year as a digital marketer and joined WebBox in January 2016 as he looks to continue to develop and take the next steps in his career.
What Olly does at WebBox
Olly is our Online Marketing Manager and looks after our client’s online marketing requirements. The majority of Olly’s work involves Google Adwords and Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) – generating website views, clicks and leads for our clients. His work is not simply limited to this as Olly also helps you reach the top of Google search results through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), send out email marketing campaigns, develop a social media presence and more.
