Per Caroe has been consulting and managing sales people in the behavioural/email marketing space for over a decade. In 2012, he was brought to Silverpop to develop an agency team, to facilitate existing and expand into new agencies throughout North America. In 2015 he was tasked with making the same impact on the global stage with IBM Marketing Cloud. For 2016, Per’s been asked to join the IBM Commerce Evangelist team and travel the world spreading the good word.  Having been responsible for marketing budgets and deliverables as a marketing executive, Per is familiar with marketers daily lives and pains.

Mickael Lucarelli

With over 10 years’ working in web technology Mickael is able to mix IT with marketing expertise. Having worked for partner providers in technologies such as analytics, MVT and segmentation and content marketing platforms, Mickael joined Silverpop to advise customers on some of the company’s more advanced features. Today Mickael leads a team and works with customers throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America, and so shares a global knowledge of marketing trends today.

Chris Clapham

Chris is an Account Director at Silverpop, an IBM company, where he leads three months+ strategic services engagements for Silverpop’s Enterprise clients, helping them to leverage the power of behavioural marketing automation.

Chris has 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital and has worked in marketing roles client side, agency side and for a software consultancy and reseller.

Prior to Silverpop Chris worked for Econsultancy where he was an Account Director in the client services team, helping clients to digitally transform their businesses. During his time at Econsultancy he project managed the delivery of consultancy projects, bespoke digital training academies and competency and capability assessments for a vast array of global brands including the BBC, Britvic, FatFace, News Corporation, Orange, Oxfam, PayPal and Sony Mobile.

Laura joined Silverpop in December 2013 as a Relationship Manager. She’s responsible for growing existing EMEA client accounts across multiple verticals by helping them move beyond traditional digital marketing efforts to more of a behavioural and sophisticated multi-channel approach.

Tamta is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing enterprise clients, offering them appropriate solutions, working with them closely on developing the long-term roadmap, advising on best practices, handling renewals as well as cross-sells and up-sells. Tamta has a portfolio of clients in different industries including retail, travel and finance. Clients include The Jaeger Company, Radley and Co, Credit Suisse, Greenpeace, Agent Provocateur, Caffe Nero and Freesat.
