Mark joined Ridgeway in 2016 and as an UX Architect, his responsibilities are to understand and interpret client’s business goals and project objectives into cohesive web experiences. Working in digital agencies for the last 8 years, Mark’s experienced in analysing the end user needs and translating the findings into a number of UX deliverables including personas, user journeys, wireframes, and functional specifications help to maintain a user centric approach across all Ridgeway’s digital projects.
Charlie joined Ridgeway in 2014 and has 10 years’ experience in the digital sector. With a background in Digital Project Management, he is now part of our Accounts team. Having worked in both roles, Charlie is able to manage and build strong relationships with clients whilst also having an excellent understanding of the project development process.
Louise joined Ridgeway in 2016 and has many years of experience in Account Management. Previously working in numerous different sectors such as Cyber Security, Technology for Education and Fulfilment, Louise attains a wide range of knowledge that she is able to apply to her role. As an Account Manager, her focus is building strong relationships with clients to ensure that they get the best possible service from the team.
Vicki joined Ridgeway in May 2017 having previously worked across a range of Account Management roles. With significant experiences in the ecommerce and digital sector, Vicki brings exceptional knowledge to the agency along with her ability to foster and sustain key relationships with multiple clients.
SEO and Analytics Executive
Nico joined Ridgeway in February 2017. Through a range of courses and experience, Nico has strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics and website performance improvement. His key responsibility is monitoring site performance, user journey and experience and providing analytical audits/reports highlighting key observations aligning with client goals to increase conversions.
Head of Production
Stuart joined Ridgeway in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager delivering some of the agencies key projects such as HMV, Pure and Twining’s. After a year of successfully managing these projects and building strong relationships with the clients, Stuart became Account Director in 2015. With his solid knowledge and experience throughout the growth of the agency, Stuart became Head of Production in 2016 and is now responsible for leading our whole production team.
UX and UI Manager
Matt Joined Ridgeway in 2010 has over 10 years of professional experience. During his time at Ridgeway he has designed and directed the creative approach for numerous award-winning products for many leading brands. Matt is responsible for leading Ridgeway’s User Experience Team, facilitating collaboration between the Design, UX, and UI Developer skill sets to ensure creative excellence and project success.
Founder and Managing Director
Simon is a founding member and the Managing Director of Ridgeway, setting up the digital agency in 2010. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of a talented team of experts developing solutions for clients such as Twining’s, HMV and The Silver Spoon Company. Testimony to this success has been the agency’s growth from 8 to 45 employees in under 7 years.
Business Development Manager
Stu joined Ridgeway in December 2015 and is our first point of contact for new business development and building initial client relationships. Having previously worked with clients including Hendricks Gin, Barclays, DeBeers, Silverspoon and YO! Sushi, Stu not only brings an impressive variety of marketing, consulting and accounts experience but a very broad digital knowledge. Having worked in marketing, for specialist digital agencies and running his own business, Stu brings a rounded vision to the agency, and is well placed to advise on your next project.
Vikki joined Ridgeway in January 2017 and demonstrates exceptional digital experience having previously working for established companies such as Virgin and the BBC. Vikki brings an array of project management and consulting experience to the agency. On top of this, she is both an Agile and Prince2 Practitioner, demonstrating her strong ability to lead, manage and execute projects successfully.
Head of Marketing and Client Services
Graeme joined in 2014, and is responsible for leading the sales, marketing, account and consulting team at Ridgeway. With reams of prior experience in the digital space, Graeme is a key asset to the agency, having built strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating operations of the business. His pro-active, enthusiastic and collaborative approach encourages creative yet practical thinking allowing for the delivery of quality and successful outcomes.
