The Celtic Manor

The Celtic Manor Resort wanted to increase their database size on a continual basis. Rather than buy data or increase their advertising, they wanted to find a way to tap into their loyal, existing subscribers and encourage them to share their interest.

By adding incentives, they were able to drive this viral data capture and encourage their subscribers to pass on their emails. Everyone who shares an email campaign or link with their friends either via the form or on their social networks is automatically entered into a prize draw. This culminated in 1,901 new subscribers for The Celtic Manor Resort, with more continuing to share.
