The Challenge

True Sports Performance brand ASICS wanted to to transition the business into a new phase of growth through the implementation of a new ecommerce platform for the brand.

The Strategy

Amaze were appointed by True Sports Performance brand ASICS with the core objective of transitioning the business through developing a global direct-to-consumer sales model by establishing a new ecommerce platform for the brand.

The first site went live in the US in April 2013, followed by Japan in September, the UK in December and Australia in February 2014. These form part of a global rollout that will see Amaze deliver further sites for Europe.

The Results

As the solution rolls-out, Amaze is working closely with ASICS to evolve and optimise the platform to respond to new insights and developments and improve conversion rates.
